Is anything changing in how I get my medication or with the Specialty Pharmacy program?
There are no changes in how you get your specialty medication. You can still have them sent directly to you via mail, picked up at our Industry City location, or delivered by courier service to your home.
We have made two improvements to the Specialty Pharmacy program:
- An easier way to manage your payments. You can now pay for your specialty medication online. When it’s time to pay your bill, we will send you a notification to pay through and you can add your credit or debit card information. Don’t have a MyChart account? You .
- Better phone support. From Monday to Friday between 8:30AM to 5:00 PM, you will always reach a team member—never a voicemail. If there is a hold, you can select a convenient time for a team member to call you back. And if you on your mobile device, the caller will display as “NYU Langone,” making it easier for you to see when we’re contacting you.
What if I don’t want to use a credit or debit card to pay for my medication(s)?
You can mail a check using the envelope provided in your billing statement, or you can pay when you pick up your medication at our Industry City pharmacy location.
Will my direct contact at NYU Langone Specialty Pharmacy change?
No. The team members you work with for your specialty medication needs are not changing.
