About Me
As a child and adolescent psychologist at the Child Study Center—New Jersey, part of Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone, I am passionately committed to helping children with neurodevelopmental and learning challenges achieve their full potential.
In my practice, I work with children and young adults facing attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning differences, and autism spectrum disorder. I also cater to those needing specialized educational settings due to intellectual disabilities or classifications as gifted or twice exceptional. Moreover, I provide care for individuals affected by genetic disorders, injuries, or illnesses such as epilepsy and brain injuries that influence both school performance and social functioning.
Our team is distinguished by our comprehensive evaluations, using the most advanced and pertinent assessment tools. We prioritize communication, ensuring that our results are presented in a way that effectively aids parents, schools, and practitioners in understanding and accommodating each student’s needs both inside and outside the classroom.
Driven by a profound curiosity about the interplay of biology, behavior, and environment, I embarked on a career in psychology to explore how these elements shape each other. My fascination deepened in the realm of pediatric neuropsychology during graduate studies, captivated by the assessment process where uncovering individual patterns and traits helps create a comprehensive understanding of a person, which is essential for guiding decisions aimed at enhancing a child’s environment, especially within educational settings.
Patients can expect compassionate, meticulous, and thorough evaluations tailored to meet individual needs. Our approach centers on collaborating with parents and children to ensure evaluations and reports are impactful and beneficial. My commitment to quality patient care remains steadfast, focused on providing personalized, effective, and empathetic support to those I serve.
