At NYU Langone Psychiatry Associates, I am dedicated to providing compassionate individual therapy to adults throughout all stages of life, while also leading dynamic, skills-based therapy groups. Licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey, I offer flexible virtual sessions to accommodate patients with diverse needs and schedules.

My clinical expertise centers on treating patients with anxiety disorders, with particular emphasis on obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and social anxiety, as well as addressing trauma-related issues. Additionally, I offer specialized support for individuals grappling with stress associated with infertility, chronic illness, interpersonal challenges, and managing the demands of work and family life. Using evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), my approach is collaborative, empowering clients to set definitive goals and develop practical techniques for managing distress. This helps increase psychological flexibility and enhances overall wellbeing.

Beyond individual therapy, I conduct group sessions that focus on anxiety management and provide support for those facing infertility, pregnancy loss, and the complexities of in vitro fertilization (IVF). I am passionately committed to fostering a nurturing, nonjudgmental environment where clients can make meaningful strides toward their therapeutic goals.
